Gas Cylinder (Torches, Lighters, Lamps, and Camp Stoves)
Gas Cylinder Description
STRATON GAS CYLINDER is a product made with a butane-propane gas blend, packaged in 450 ml cylinders with a threaded valve as well as 400 ml containers with a ¼-turn valve, to meet the requirements of torch, camp stove, lighter, and lamp manufacturers, since they allow temperatures to be controlled between 300 and 900ºC.
The STRATON GAS CYLINDER presentation is ideal for making everyday tasks easier for users thanks to its versatility and easy fit with equipment and transportation, which makes it useful and practical.
Thanks to the purity of its gases, STRATON GAS CYLINDER produces a clean flame during combustion that can be regulated with equipment devices and reach a good temperature, since the gases used have good calorific power — specifically, propane at 11,080 Kcal/Kg and butane at 10,933 Kcal/Kg — which, when used in torches for soldering, provides sufficient flame to melt the soldering material.
STRATON GAS CYLINDER has a vapor pressure of 30 PSIG at 21ºC, so the specifications of torch, lighter, and/or lamp manufacturers should be checked to determine whether this pressure is suitable for their equipment design, since higher or lower pressure will result in malfunction or damage.
Approximate gas consumption is 140 to 180 ml per hour or 77 to 99 g per hour. STRATON GAS CYLINDER can be used in torches with and without electronic ignition; torches equipped with tips of various shapes; pencil-tip torches with flame adjustment that can reach temperatures of up to approximately 900ºC; it is ideal for plumbing work, crafts, jewelry making, roll-type waterproofing membranes, etc., where lighters and torches are used, since they allow temperatures to be controlled between approximately 300 and 900ºC depending on equipment design.
Adjust the flame to the desired intensity.
STRATON GAS CYLINDER can be used in one- and two-burner camp stoves and portable lighting lamps, producing a clean, bright, long-lasting flame comparable to the approximate intensity of a “100” watt bulb.
